Joseph Matthew
Our founder and director, holds a Masters degree in Arts and a Bachelors in education (MA, B.Ed). Joseph sir, as people know him, always had a heart for education and worked as principal for more than a decade when he eventually decided to create a place of education which is both safe and positive not just for the kids but also for the educators and helping staff. And that’s how LIFESPRING was born. According to him, if each individual is elevated, it will eventually lead to a social elevation, first in the immediate environment and then in the society.
Education dispels darkness but that happens only if it is all guided by a heart which is at the right place. In his words, the youngest minds are the most vulnerable and intelligent and being able to mould them at this crucial stage of life is not a good thing but an absolute privilege.

Ms Shabnam Singh
Sabnam has taken up the role of the coordinator of the school after years of learning the intricacies of Early childhood education, as a teacher.
Her years at Lifespring started as a teacher but she has now taken up the role to train and guide the new generation of educators into becoming excellent at each area of classroom through constant and consistent guidance and planning.
Her aura is calm and pleasing but in the classroom she spews fire through her lessons, so much so that the whole classroom rumbles with curiosity and new discoveries. If one carefully follows her, they can see how she believes in excellence in all her undertakings. According to her, work done for the sake of it, is work not done at all! She also holds wonderful credentials in Education, she is MA, M.Ed.
Ms Sharon John
B. Com, MBA, Diploma in Montessori Education
She has worked in varied corporate fields like hospitality, retail and now education.
She is the most experienced and soulful person in Lifespring. She is loved by her fellows and students for spreading positivity. She has more than 6 years of experience in the education field as a Coordinator and Academic coordinator in various preschools in Ahmedabad, which helps the school and her co-teachers to learn a lot from her. She is known for her Montessori methods to make learning fun for toddlers.

Ms Abigail Shannon Kellogg
🎗️Trauma-Informed Therapist and Counselling Psychologist
Ms Abigail Shannon Kellogg has over 12 years of experience working with communities, organisations and individuals. She is a St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University graduate with a Masters in Philosophy as well as in Psychology.
She deploys an eclectic method using a combination of Cognitive and Somatic therapeutic modalities. Including CBT, DBT, ACT, Client Centered Therapy, Art Therapist, etc. to help her clients overcome trauma, anxiety, stress and abuse, enhance work life balance, productivity as well as the general quality of life.
At Lifespring she focus on the general well-being of both students and teachers.
For students –
She curates plans and activities which will enhance learning and focus. She has a keen focus on building confidence, curiosity, self-awareness which leads to a positive self-image in students.
For Teachers:
Abigail engages with teacher’s professional development. Elevating their skills both interpersonal and intrapersonal. Creating a safe space to learn, grow, heal and evolve.
